Unfortunately I still have problems with my knee. But slowly I can start to train quite normal again, still with some pain but better.
I am really looking forward to the next weeks and month to prepare the 2025 season as good as possible.
My next camps will be
23.02 - 05.03 in Portugal and Spain with cordoba elite team
08.03-15-03 in Slowenia with the swiss national team
I am looking forward to the warmer weather and some good o-trainings.
